Pre-orders are advance purchases made on merchandise scheduled to ship at a future date. As you place your order, these items are reserved for you and taken from our available stock, we then ship them when they arrive in our store. A purchase is considered a preorder if it is purchased anytime before it is in stock.

We are not responsible for preorders that arrive late due to them being shipped late from the manufacturer. We consider from the anticipated delivery date up through 30 days later to still be 'on time'. We will do our best to update the site with estimated delivery times as we receive notice from our manufacturers. Please keep this in mind if you are purchasing for a special occasion. We do our best but we can't control shipping dates.
